Voice has an included option and a higher-quality option.

Included voice uses speech features on supported browsers and devices. Higher-quality voice adds managed transcription and spoken replies, and it uses Sparks.

Higher-quality transcription, realtime conversation, voice selection, and spoken replies use Sparks. Neuron shows the expected use before costly work continues.

Custom voices

Personalized voices are never automatic. Power and Business accounts still need consent, rights evidence, and account review before those voices can be used.

Limits stay visible

Higher plans increase voice limits, but higher-quality voice is not unlimited. Sparks and plan limits keep usage visible.

Longer context, larger files, connected apps, voice, images, and scheduled work can use more Sparks. Neuron shows the expected use and available balance before heavier work continues.

Spark budgets are meant to slow down costly work before billing surprises the account.

How Sparks work

  • Monthly Sparks reset each billing period.
  • Purchased Sparks are used after monthly plan Sparks.
  • Purchased Sparks expire after 90 days unless the checkout states otherwise.
  • Sparks do not unlock higher plan features by themselves.

Billing policy

Payments and renewal

Paid plans are digital subscriptions billed monthly in USD through Stripe checkout. Neuron accepts major cards and supported wallet payment methods where available. Customers can cancel future renewal from the billing workspace or by contacting [email protected].

Refund summary

First subscription payments may be refunded within 7 days if the account has not materially used the service. Unused Spark top-ups may be refunded within 14 days. Used Sparks and completed assistant work are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where Neuron fails to deliver the purchased service.

Neuron is delivered through the web app. There is no physical shipping. Support and billing questions go to [email protected], with normal support review during business days.
